Name: Celestino

Powers/Abilities
Having been blessed with psychic powers at birth, Celestino has the ability to levitate objects and cast small illusions with a single touch of his finger! He can lift only light items like cardboard boxes or trashcans while having a much harder time lifting things like metal bars or weights. His illusions affect the physical appearance to a certain degree as long as he has the physical strength in doing so. He can even use illusions on himself to alternate his clothes to a certain degree!However, Celestino can only use his abilities for a certain amount of time before he feels fatigued to the point he needs to physically recover. Over time, he’ll need to take up more time to recover due to the curse taking over his body and slowly draining his power.Unless his rose is directly damaged, Celestino’s injuries will gradually heal over time. The more severe the injuries are, the longer the wound heals.
Personality
Celestino is always trying to look out for the best outcome for any situation. He will try his best to help a stranger or close friend achieve their goal despite how “good” or “bad” they might be.
A Curse as Old as Time
The yellow rose on his chest is a symbol of a decade long grudge that Celestino’s family has unfortunately been the root cause of it. Through each generation, his family must succumb to this curse by have flowers sprout from their chests and kill them from the inside. As such, their lifespans are also shorten for each generation, leaving Celestino the only family member bearing the curse.

Powers/Abilities
After being orphaned at a very young age, Memory was left behind a special book that allows her to summon special creatures to assist her with whatever request she demands. Although these creatures are small in size, they can still help lift up heavy equipment and objects like a colony of ants.But these small creatures are very fragile and can easily be destroyed with a swift kick or getting squashed under a foot.
Personality
Although Memory can be quite hyperactive and sometimes blunt with her answers, she quite headstrong and won’t hesitate to jump into any opportunity.
Orphaned
When Memory was merely 3 years old, her parents were killed in a home invasion and was the only one left alive. After, she was promptly transferred to the orphanage, none of the nurses wanted to care for Memory because of her violent tendencies to bite and scratch them. It was until she would meet her soon-to-be step brother, Celestino, that she started to act more calm.
Character Permissions
Extreme Violence/Gore: Allowed to an extent. Nothing too over the top
Death: Unless it serves as a important purpose within the story or round, it would be preferred if both characters stay alive until the end of the OCT. (You can ask any questions regarding this on Discord).
Shipping: In absolutely no situation should Memory be paired with anyone within the story. For Celestino, if it’s just cute intimate moments and nothing beyond that, then it’s okay.
